Greg Senger is my go-to contractor. Over the years he has remodeled 3 bathrooms, built about 800 sq ft of decking and in a super crunch, built a handicap ramp so my husband could return home. I trusted Greg to work in my home when I was at work. In fact, I once left for Seattle knowing he'd lock up and secure my property. I never had to do any cleanup after his crews left. I cannot imagine anyone else working on my property. He's competent, responsible, meets his deadlines and stays in budget. When I had a flooded basement he helped me get more coverage than the insurance assessed. He installed carpet throughout the basement and painted rooms damaged by the water. He's great!!!

Greg built our nearly 4,000 SF custom home with many upgrades overlooking the Columbia River. He has the three most critical traits for a custom builder. He is trustworthy, hardworking and a consummate professional. We made a lot of changes and he worked extremely hard with virtually daily communications to get things right. We had talked to many Tri-City builders before choosing Greg and I would not even look again if I were to build. I would call Greg.

People building their first custom home (this was not our first) must realize that not everything is perfect, but Greg did his best to make it that way. I designed the home myself and if I had it to do over again, I probably would have enlisted Greg's help on that. I had built my own home previously and thought about being the general contractor on this one. If I had tried to construct this house as the General Contractor myself, it would have cost more, had more issues and taken longer and my wife be less happy.
