Geothermal Homes

In late January of 2014 we started the first home in the New South Cliff Development. When built out, it will be the largest all geothermal development in the nation. These homes are equipped with the Climate Master Geothermal Heating & Cooling Comfort System. Along with high efficiency heating and cooling, these homes have R-5 foam applied with the stucco system, adding to the Walls R-Value to R-26. The windows are Milgard High Efficient Thermal Resistance. They have a 4th surface low E performance coating and they have a lifetime warranty for parts and labor. The house is a slab on grade so there is no crawlspace, which also allows for no steps to access the house. This high energy efficiency will reduce the heating and cooling cost by half. There are also tax credits for buyers. The home has many fine features, including custom built cabinets and granite countertops. The Great Room has a beautiful custom fireplace and entertainment area.
